Refund/Cancellation Policy:
If Customer Does Not Show Up or Call to Reschedule Class:
If there is no notification or you do not show up for class, there will be a $100.00 fee to reschedule within 3 months of original class date.
If there is no notification or you do not show up for an exam only, there will be a $50.00 fee to reschedule within 3 months of original class date.
If you contact Point of Contact Consulting 7 days or more prior to class, there is no charge to reschedule within 3 months of original class date. However, there will be a $50.00 reschedule fee for each occurrence thereafter.
Class Cancellations by Point of Contact Consulting:
When a class is cancelled due to weather or lack of participants, Point of Contact Consulting will make every effort to place the customer in another class convenient to you at no additional cost.
